I wear a mask each day. It's not always a fox or tiger mask, but it's a mask nonetheless. I wear A mask when I'm at work or out with friends and family. We all do. Physically, putting on a mask can help calm me down. With my vision obscured by the eye slits and the sound of my breathing muffled and echoing off the cheap plastic material, I truly know who I am. When I'm ready, I remove the physical mask and put on a metaphorical one.
